1. Who we are

CallTrellis (operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] d/b/a CallTrellis, "we," "us") is a free referral and advertising service that connects homeowners with independent, third-party service professionals ("Pros"). We are not a contractor. We do not perform, supervise, schedule, price, or guarantee any work, and we are compensated by Pros for the connections we make. Any work you arrange is under a contract formed directly between you and the Pro, and you pay the Pro directly.

2. What our vetting does — and does not — cover

We verify a Pro's state license status (where applicable) and proof of insurance at onboarding and periodically thereafter. We make no other representation, endorsement, or guarantee about any Pro. We encourage you to independently confirm a Pro's license and insurance and to obtain a written contract before work begins.

3. No warranty of the Pro's work

The quality, timeliness, safety, pricing, and outcome of any services are solely the Pro's responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for services performed by Pros, and the site and our service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

4. Third-party content

Any Pro profiles, reviews, or other third-party content are the responsibility of those who provide them; we host but do not author them. We do not use fake or incentivized reviews.

5. Communications consent

If you provide your phone number and consent, you agree we and the matched Pro(s) may contact you about your request, including by automated dialing, prerecorded/artificial-voice messages, and text messages, at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Calls to our tracked numbers are recorded, with a disclosure before connection. 6. Privacy

Our Privacy Notice is incorporated into these terms and explains how we collect, use, and share your information, including your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

7. Acceptable use & intellectual property

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt, scrape, or misuse it. The site's content, branding, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Because our service is provided free to homeowners, to the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site or our service is limited to [NOMINAL CAP, e.g. $100]. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of any Pro.
